Veronica was confused about her feelings for Noah. She was sure to feel affection for him, but nothing more. Yet when she was with him she felt a strange feeling she couldn’t define. She often thought of what he had done to her and how things had ended up, but since she knew what had happened to him, she could no longer be angry with him.
It was a beautiful day and she went to the park to clear her ideas.
? - I know you! - a voice awakened her from her own thoughts. She turned and recognized the model of Ethan, the woman who had treated her so badly the evening of the vernissage.
Celia sat next to her with a huge smile on her face. She looked so different from that evening.
C. - I have to apologize for how I behaved on the evening of the show. I has been a real bitch! - she said kindly.
V. - Oh… I… Don’t worry. It’s been ages ago! -
C. - Yes, it is. Veronica, right? I’ve never introduced myself, I’m Celia. -
V. - Nice to meet you, again. I’m Veronica, but you already know that. -
S. - Mommy looks me!! - a little girl called Celia’s attention.
C. - Yes Sophie, I’m looking at you. - she said to her little daughter. - I’m sorry, she’s a good girl, but she’s also so active! - she said to Veronica.
V. - She… she’s your daughter, she isn’t? - 
C. - Yes! She’s my little princess! - she said proudly.
Sophie called again her mom and Celia went to her after greeting Veronica.
It was a weird encounter! Veronica looked the little girl and she knew she was Ethan’s daughter. Her mind returned to the past when she was pregnant too. She had never thought of that time and the difficult decision she had taken, but if she had kept the baby he would now have the same age as that little girl.
She thought of all the help Noah had given her, as he had been to her side all the time. It was after her story with Ethan that she and Noah had got together. At that time they were happy together, it was before he cheated on her with Poppy. 
Veronica came home more confused than before, and that strange feeling was even stronger in her.
