V. - It was Carla, isn’t it? - Veronica said. Noah turned at her with a big smile on his face.
N. - I did not hear you coming… How do you feel? - she has never seen him smile like that for all that time and that’s made her feel happy.
V. - You told her, didn’t you? - she asked him, but she already did know the answer.
N. - Ehmm… nooo! I mean… she discovered it by her own… - he was embarrassed. He was so excited to have a baby that he simply could not take the news for himself and afterward Carla was still his sister and knew him very well. She heard his voice and she suddenly felt his happiness, so Carla knew that something was going on in his brother’s life.
V. - Oh Noah! We decided to tell her in person, not during a phone call! -
