N. - So what do you think about this place? - he asked her. - I know it needs some work, but it’s big enough for us three and you like this neighborhood! -
V. - Yeah… - she said, but it was clear that she didn’t like that place.
N. - We can restructure it and make it us we want it! -
V. - Noah… it’s a.. a rathole!! -
N. - Ok, it is! But we can do some work, change the walls’ colors and make it new and comfortable! - he was an enthusiast about that idea.
The couple visited the second floor’s rooms and the main bedroom was really nice, it needed many works, but it was really nice.
V. - Maybe is not so bad… There’s a balcony! - 
N. - Yeah! And a lot of natural light for your paintings! -
V. - Maybe we could give it a chance, but only if the price is affordable! -
Noah simply smiled at that. In that neighborhood, the bigger apartments were really expensive and they didn’t have enough money to buy or rent one.
