Veronica and Noah went back to the first floor and met Irene again.
Irene - As you can see we have these big windows, near here there are some good schools and childcare for your baby. The owner knows that this place needs a renovation, so the price is very interesting! Do you have any questions? -
N. - We’re thinking to buy it, but of course we want to be sure that everything is ok. I’d like to come here again with an architect and a contractor for an estimate of the cost of the renovation. -
Irene - Oh sure! It’s not a problem, let me when you have time for another visit. If you don’t have other questions it is the price. - she said showing them the offer.
V. - Uhm… maybe we could bargain on it, just a little bit… -
Irene - You could try, but let me tell you that this is a good deal! - 
N. - Ok, we’ll think about it and then we’ll let you know our decision. -
